Veteran Player Skeptical of Boosting Services

I’ve been playing the Battlefield franchise for over a decade, and when I saw that U4GM offers weapon unlocks for Battlefield 6, I had to chime in. Let’s call it for what it is: paying someone to do the grind for you. On the surface, fine—if you want to skip the grind, go ahead. But I have serious reservations.

First: progression in BF6 already feels too slow. Players report it takes 10s of hours just to level one weapon.

So if you pay someone, yes you’ll get unlocked weapons, but you’re also bypassing the game’s loop—potentially missing part of what makes progression rewarding. Second: even if the service is “manual” (they claim no cheats, just manual play) the moment you let a third-party into your account, you’re risking account security, violation of terms of service, or worse. The website claims “zero bans reported” but that isn’t an official guarantee.

Third: there’s the question of fairness. If many players use unlock services, does the unlock grind become meaningless? Does it devalue the achievement for players who unlock legitimately?

From a pure gameplay viewpoint: If you’re going to unlock weapons, do it because you want to explore new meta gear, fine. But if you’re doing it because you’re frustrated by the grind, maybe the problem lies in how the game’s progression is designed (which many are already complaining about).
My suggestion: Use the game’s regular progression, try variety of weapons, make the unlocks part of the experience. If you still feel stuck, maybe pay later—but weigh the cost (both monetary and in terms of enjoyment). To the devs: maybe rethink the grind so that unlocks feel meaningful AND achievable without third-party help.
